My IBS went away completely after my appendix burst and was removed. Go figure, had ibs my entire adult life and after the appendix was removed nothing but normal bowel movements, maybe they knocked something else around but whatever occurred it was a very happy side effect.

As long as that timer allows you to set it so it is on for 30 seconds to one minute then off for 4 to 5 minutes you will be fine. Some allow further fine tuning but that is not necessary especially when first learning this type of system.

Only water for creating clones here, I think any nutes would just burn those poor want to be roots but I wouldn't know as I am strictly H2O.

Harvested my LVTK last night after 65 days of flower, she had some amber. Very pretty plant, nice dense buds can't wait to smoke her.

I have a 400w hydrofarm HPS light and ballast from 1991, still works great. Still have a 400 MH from the same purchase date but I haven't plugged that in in a decade or more not sure if it works but I would guess it does.

How long on average have you been flowering the LVTK? Mine are only about 56 days of 12/12 but are starting to get cloudy, looking great but thinking it might be time for week of straight water.
