your humidity is way too high. you need to get it down to about 60% can you use a dehumidifier or something? 16c at night is fine as long as your temps are about 26c in the day. you want to try and get another fan in there if you can? and yes you need to empty those drip trays it's causing too...

that plant looks really fucked up man it looks like it's been under watered really badly or something you need to prop them stalks up where they are bent i would probably use a stake and try and tie the top bit up so it doesn't flop over like that and give them a good watering man the browning...

you can buy cheap seeds and still get a good result, but you are far more likely to get a better result if you go for the expensive seeds. in house genetics and cannarado genetics are the best seed companies around in my opinion.

how long has it had already? i would say let it veg for twice as long and then flower it you don't want it to get too big it will be like a jungle in there lol

if it gets too fat you might have to do a bit of pruning lol

yes you got to be careful don't let it veg too long. you got to remember it will triple in size after 3 weeks of flowering :)
