Yeah stop misting the leaves ASAP

I'm getting some yellowing on new growth as well as some brown spots. Anybody know what's going on? I thought it was too much nutes so I've been giving them water only. The problem seems to be getting worse. I've only fed them 3 times in the 6 weeks they've been growing. Deficiency?

Also, is it just me or does the white look like the start of powdery mildew?

It's only a 3x2 and I'm planning to stick with LEDs. I couldn't even fit another LED in my tent if I need to tbh. Maybe one of those small UFO types. Metal halides is too much heat and electricity cost for my situation.
