I can't 100% say this is the reason but the days are beginning to get longer which means the sun gives off more red light? so that makes me think since you moved her outside she doesn't see any reason to flower and she has returned to veg. I know here in in Canada and i think the USA as well...

Maybe its a different variation of Lemon Skunk and they bred it to be a indica, I know depending on the shop you can get Pineapple Express as a indica or sativa

You could flower now but i'd personally let it veg for a 2-4 more weeks. Also i can't tell the sex on it so i don't think its male like someone said.

Those pics are all the same plant? the last 2 pics i'd say are to early to be topped or you over did it on trimming. Also they look a little light green but you fed them so the Nitrogen should fix that.

Ya i tried tucking a few of them, hopefully my plant gets taller soon it may help with tucking.
