i have an oscilating fan between lights and canopy , is it a good ideia to put one small static fan that i have right on the upper part of the pots , trowing air in the base of the plants ?

Before u ask , no i cant put tent on other place for security reasons , as u see im completly out of space :( have to use dehumidifer on the vent window place is full inside

My temps are to low , im using leds , and the oscillating fan even reduces the temp further ? Is it ok to only use the extractor ?

I made the change yesterday to LEDS , but the temp is a bit on the low side for leds , i can only get 72,5F , hope is not bad for my crop :S
