Looking at your roots, they go to the side of the pot and then head downward to the bottom where the begin to wrap around and around... On your next up pot, I highly recommend putting them into fabric pots. The roots will grow through the pot and "air prune" themselves instead of going to the...
Ok, I was wrong...You can get a PAR meter for under $200... Cheapest I could fine with a good start rating. https://amzn.to/3bBe7un
Still $180... As I only grow for myself, ill stick with my $40 LUX, but there ya go if anyone wants something more accurate.
Its information.. if people can afford a $300 cheap PAR meter, or a $700 good one, by all means. I would if I could. I can't, so I use a lux meter and do the best I can.
Par meters are expensive. My lux meter gives me a solid grasp on the intensity of the light I am blasting my plants with.
As always, research and do as you choose. Here is the article that lead me to believe I am doing well with a Lux meter. Take it or leave it...

Each plant takes and uses nutrients at its own rates/needs.. Over time one plant can have a drastically different soil ph that another by simply having used a different ratio of nutrients.
Soil runoff ph is the most important thing in soil growing in my opinion. All the nutrients in the world...
I suspect my wife would do that, but she likes trimming for me so I give her a limit.. "take 12 leaves today" ... This forces her to take the 12 that are in the way, not just random.. And tomorrow I let her take more if it's a good time
You can take clones anytime, as long as the plant is still alive. Even in flower, you can clone and reveg... People recommend lower branches for cloning, but as I do topping cutting for training, I just root whatever I cut off.
Honestly, I gave up on guessing light strength and distance.. for under $40 you can get a meter to measure your light and dial it in perfect for each grow stage. One of these ... https://amzn.to/3PQgGaO
