Just give them some time. They should be fine with a low humidity. How weird, rooted clones that need a high rh! I never had problems with taking off the dome after 24-48 hours.

Weird indeed. Have you tried taking the dome off after 48 hours?

40 watts is way too much for rooting clones! You can hang the led a lot higher, i have my tci strip of 23 watts 60 cm away from the cuts and most of them root.

Starting out with Ec 1.3 is common for growers in Holland, it isn't hot at all.

Ec 1.3 isn't that high since he flushed out all nutriment with tap water.

I can assure you it does, it works like a charm and moistens the medium better then watering from the top. Matter of fact i am growing ebb and flow right now with light-mix and it is very low of maintenance. The capillarity of dirt is underestimated, it works just as good as rock-wool...

Water till run off, pH 5.5 and Ec 1.3 and if that doesn't work check the climate.

You can hardly over water cannabis if you ask me. Judging from the drought on the surface and the little growth for twelve days, i'd say this seedling is dying of thirst.
