honestly when i start seeds in soil i dont give them any fertilizer until they are out of the seedling stage. when i start a seed in coco i give it fertilizer 24/7 even when its a seed. if you mix soil with coco i have no idea how you would feed that lmfao.

maybe im wrong af but i always assumed that a umole meter or a par meter measured the amount of photons being emitted within a certain nm range of the light spectrum and a luxx meter is measuring the amount of visible light that the light source is emitting? like its measuring light intensity...
