Has anyone tried SOG with Chernobyl or Jillybean? if so how did it go?

I just germinated seeds in paper towel and they popped after 2 days about an inch long. Im going to put em in rockwool cubes. when i soak the rockwool with water what ph should the water be at? 5.5? or 5? my grow will be in a soiless mix ..not a hydro gro. So i dont want the seeds getting...
