As far as I know a "muffin fan" is basically a PC fan that has a AC cord for you wall instead of the pc plug end.. I don't know if they're called muffin fans everywhere.. I do believe if you search for like a 120mm AC fan or like AC case fan.. something like that on google you should find more...
