Grow problem (Brown spotting, 4 week old Bubble Gum Auto).

I'd probably stop using PH down and let the microbes buffer the soil instead. Some ph down or up ingredients can kill the microbes in your soil.

    Clawing on leaves

Yup calcium/magnesium compete with the uptake of potassium. This may well hurt your yield if not corrected.

Experincing bud rot... would you chop early?

i literally offered a remedy if you would actually read what I had said. You seem a little edgy bro maybe go smoke a doobie lol

Experincing bud rot... would you chop early?

Yes you can filter it out of an extract using 0.2 micron screens on the tip of a syringe after identifying what type of mould or bacteria is present using a microscope. This requires specialized equipment and the ability to identify and distinguish between different types of fungus and...

    Pot Size

If you use organic teas you'll avoid the plants dying out on you before harvest. You'll even get something to smoke. Although you will have diminished yield using smaller pots. And watering will have to be done much more often.

    Pot Size

Yield is pretty dependent on the size of plant you grow. The size of the plants is directly related to the mass of roots it has. If you got a small pot then expect a small yield. This is assuming the rest of the environment is optimal of course.

    Deficiency or PH?

That's good advice, FFOF is an organic soil that rely on microbes to break down organic matter into chelated nutrients. These same microbes act as a buffer and balance the ph keeping it where it needs to be. Since plants rely on a fluctuating ph to uptake nutrients the microbes change the ph...

Experincing bud rot... would you chop early?

i usually spray all surfaces in the grow space in between crops and use a charcoal filter on the intake to prevent mold spores from entering in the first place. This process cuts down on worry and work. That and a well controlled environment in regards to temp and humidity. My goal as a grower...

    Deficiency or PH?

If you add to much Magnesium you'll get potassium deficiency and visa versa. These two elements compete for uptake. If you're using Cal/Mag as an additive you should stop and just give it water for a while.

Experincing bud rot... would you chop early?

You should definitely consider not using these plants to smoke. Fungus can pass through even a 25 micron screen and will have released invisible spores all throught the grow environment. Spray the whole grow area with 3% hydrogen peroxide before the next grow and invest in humidity control to...

Experincing bud rot... would you chop early?

White powdery mildew is fine to eat just not to breathe. I wouldn't suggest using it for BHO as you could still inhale fungus particles and end up with a respiratory infection.

I'm looking for colorful buds, what's stains you suggest.

Biscotti cake is a strain i grow frequently, it grows dark purple no matter what. I've found a highly resinous and feuity smelling phenotype that smells like a bowl of fruity cereal and tastes like candy. Gets me lifted. I yielded 600g in my 2x4 tent under a 300w mars hydro tsl 2000 led, using...

    Is this a problem

It’s not important to ph your soil if you use organic amendments like bonemeal, bat guano, insect frass, shrimp meal, kelp meal, basalt rock dust, earth worm castings, feather meal, oyster shells etc... bottled nutrients usually destroy the microbiology in your soil that would naturally regulate...

    Is this a problem

Every batch has to be around 6.2-6.8 so ideally you’ll want it at 6.5. Is your tap water +nutrient solution high or low ph without correction?

    Autos White spots on leaves

Maybe that phenotype doesn’t like that hot soil. You could end up with nutrient lockout so maybe give a light flush.

    Is this a problem

If you’re bottle feeding and not using a living soil you need to ph your water.Water ph is just as important as feeding your plants, If your ph is off your plants will not uptake nutrients. I’ve found this to be the most common issue people come across. Go to the hydro store and buy a ph pen...

    What's eating my plant?

Have you considered adding ladybugs or nematodes as a form of pest control? I didn’t think of this earlier lol

First time with photoperiods. Any advice with training?

My advice to you is to experiment, keeping in mind that the goal of any type of training is to increase canopy penetration of light and to increase the amount of surface area for the plants to collect light. The end goal being to increase yeilds and bud size. Low stress training and topping are...

    What's eating my plant?

Looks like caterpillar damage to me. Just keep an eye out for it (they like to hang out on the underside of leafs) and take it out of the grow space When you see it. Move the top layer of soil around and check for pests as well.
