Sunday night I put the big can in the box , and Monday night I put the other dish in the box. Thursday they started to smell, so i added about another cup of sugar to each pot.... as soon as I added the new sugar to the pots it started bubbling again like crazy ! Everything is growing good...

Depending on the high you want I'd say let her go another week... maybe even a wee and a half. Monitor the trics closely and harvest if you feel that there are to many amber or cloudy ones for your taste.
