I need a job in Oregon

There are other things I could be applying to for sure. But the green industry is what I want to get into next. How to without any legitimate field experience is beyond me. Figured that I would attempt this route. Thanks for the positive vibes!

I need a job in Oregon

in or around Portland, OR. Would love to work In a grow facility. I have farm experience and indoor gardening experience. Also cooking experience. I realize that I'm one of many that want to get into the industry, but figured I would try other avenues aside from Craigslist! Happy to work...

    Need another eye!

thanks for the feedback. Thanks for the response. I've kept a pretty close eye and haven't seen any signs of bugs. Heat seems most likely maybe in combination with overwatering

Honestly, it's not spider mites. I'll lay of the feeding with the next watering. And wait until pots are light. Will post any updates. Thanks for the help!

    Could use another opinion

Thanks for the response. I began noticing these symptoms yesterday (2 days after the last watering and 1st ever feed). I'm wondering if it's the age old with the FFOF...and shit 1/4 strength in the 4th week feels pretty standard no? And yeah 86is a bit high, but I've been able to make adjustments

    Need another eye!

Thanks for the response Water stays at 7.8 Soil PH is at 6.8 And I've noticed the paleness on the wrinkled leaf plant. So maybe these nutes? I've had great results with age old in the past. There is a small clip fan that you can't really see in the pic.

    Could use another opinion

I've got a potential issue, but maybe I'm paranoid. I'm seeing clawing on all 5 plants plus a little wrinkling on just 1. I've got 5 various strains all in the 4th week. Just started feeding 3 days ago with 1/4 strength age old grow 12-6-6 for all but my two auto-flowers (fed autos just H20)...

    Little help...

Thanks for the feedback. Im thinking they were slightly over watered..then underwatered in combination with the humidity and high heat. And yes the new growth is promising.

    Little help...

Temps during the day are around 80-85 lately. Night around 75-80. As I said earlier my room was reading between 97-99 for about a 3 day period. Soley because I live on the 3rd floor and it was humid as hell outside.

    Little help...

I agree. The plan is to introduce liquid nutes in the 3rd or 4th week

    Little help...

Yeah definitely. There was actually a day where I let it dry out a little more than I should have. The leaves were pretty wilted and I lost 1 seedling.
