Yup coo yup correct, the only diffeence is u just need a lot of cfls to catch up to hps. But if ur using same ways and same lumens as the hps and cfls results will more than likely be the same IMHO

I I do not know from experience because I heard not to do it.. Changing the lumens and the light schedule will stress the plant.
