as above. seedlings you grow them to where you are now. then transplant to dirt. the dirt will feed the plant for a few weeks before you need to give nutes. gl

it happens. some stems are weak. you could prop it up. i just let mine go, they get pretty though after they really get growing.

shop lights are generally t8/10/12 and have low lumen output/bad spectrum. my t5's look identical to the one he posted, and they work amazing. only use them for veg though.
