So last night I was at my friend's house. He broke out fox farms ocean forest and happy frog and proceeded to mix them together...I was like oh cool that'll work for you...BUT...he then dumped an equal amount of pro mix bx in it mixed it up and then ran the hose in until it was the consistency...

Go buy fox farm happy frog and throw them in 5 gallon pots filled with that and put them under 24 hrs light...you'll have to go down maybe 1 time a week for the next 6-8 weeks until you need to do anything...if you topdress with Dr Earth 444 and some ewc it'll be months before you have to do...

I just used mosquito bits to help my fungus gnats problem...definately working...I use pool skimmer bags to put the bits in to soak them...I usually do 3 gallons so that is a 1/4 cup of bits...Spinosad knocked them down but not out
