Sativa's and Indica's can and usually have different flowering times and also two different sativa's and two different indica's can have same issue. No damage, Amber trichs are simply degraded. You'll never get a 100% perfect milky trichs, there's always going to be some amber, it's just a matter of how much amber you like? Personally I don't. Im a 90%milky 10% clear chopper.
