It looks like a clone that was introduced to a hot substrate, so either its bummed out due to excessive fertilizer or the substrate PH is off... Just my opinion...

I would suggest to allow leaves that are dying to stay on the plant until it decides on its own to drop that leaf or leaves, unless removal was for reasons other than cosmetic appearance and/or more important than the nutrient needs of the plant. The plant is moving nutrients from dying leaves...

I have to say MG lockout. I WOULDN'T add any more nutrients, you need to get that PH under control. Proper PH runoff for soil should stay near neutral 7 or slightly acid but never below 6.3... MG is unavailable starting at 6.5 and down. If you add more nutrients, you will further the problem...
