Norstar Maestro here: Started with 10, only 7 germed. Ended up with 4 fems, then two hermed on me. Luckily it happened early into 12/12 so I could pull them safely. Crossing my fingers the other two don't do the same. But I'll say at this point I'm going back to fem beans.

Nah, not really cheaper. But that shouldn't be the reason why you want to go to coco, because it's cheaper. When one chooses to go to coco, you want to have more control of what happens in the root zone. And you can get hydro-like results if.... You have all parts of the equation dialed in.
