Im good with plain tap water. I personally just avoid RO water straight to a plant. Cal and Mag are one of the bigger things you lose going from tap to RO. If it has been anywhere near Cal or Mag deficient, straight RO can throw you Right Into a Cal or Mag def. Honestly this looks Mag...

If you used straight RO water it could have leeched some nutes from the plant. I have no experience with it happening, but i do remember reading about it. I avoid straight RO for anything, juice it up to 200 ppm ish even if i flush.

if you are not feeding them any food. you have to be overwatering like mad to release that much nutes that quick. is there drainage in those pots? maybe extra perlite next time so theres less soil to overwater and more drainage to temper overwatering.
