ps.. I use MG and my plants are fucking awesome, but here is the trick.... see you and I grow similar so I may be able to help you a bit. MG has a low PH in the soil. So what I do is set the PH of my water to 7.8 your problem right now is you are over watering, which means you are over...

you are over watering. also if you are growing with 2700k 24/0 that is what I do BUT I switch to 12/12 after 16days. I think maybe your plant is sitting too long under the 2700k lights.

the male plant will have to grow balls and then open them to pollinate, if you wait a bit longer you will be ok. the thing is you really need pics because right now Im just going off a picture in my mind

those "ball looking things" will always show first. on male and female plants. so just wait a bit longer.

you dont have enough light, you NEED more cfl. get 42watts. or 63watts. those 23watts are so small. and drop your temps to at least 80. 93 is too hot. can you open the closet door and let a box fan run during the day? or maybe lower the AC in your house so it lowers the temps in your room?

I grow with CFL. when I first started I was using daylight bulbs and then switching over to 2700k. what a waist of time and $$$. I only use the 2700k blubs. I have them 24/0 for 16days and then switch over to 12/12. I just harvest 2 1/2 ounces of great nugs off of 3 plants. and I did it...
