no nutes yet, I had some nute burn in happy frog soil just following the suggested grow week 1 schedule from my nutes (humboldt organic). and the shopkeeper told me the ocean forest is a "hotter" soil than happy frog. When is a good time to start?

alright so at 5pm one day, the lights will go on, I will cut it off at 9pm and then turn it back on and switch to 12/12 the next day at 9pm?

Im currently running a 250W florlux MH. Im looking o get either a convertable ballast or HPS. Im also not sure weather to get 600W or 400W. My room is a closet that measures 7 x 2.5 x 8 (feet). I dont plan to grow more than 5 full grown plants at a time so I think 400W is alright lumen...

yeah got greedy they were really nice and green when I first fed, young too. They are now 4 or 5 weeks old. I transplanted them outta the soil they got messed up in and put them into ocean forest. When can you tell that plants are becoming deficient?
