Why Would You NOT Grow Autoflowers? — The Commitment-Shy Hobbyist

I whole heatedly agree. Have fun with it. I grow photos becaus only have a 2ft x 2 ft x 5 ft spot to flower so i cant grow autos or id only get like 1/3 as much smoke. I have a little area i also veg in. Allowing me to harvest every 8-9 weeks a fully developed large plant in the 2x2 area. I...

30 days till harvest & now finding seeds in my all female grow

At 38 days u probably have a light leak or something. Check your timers make sure the lights are scheduled right and timers are functioning properly. Generally sativas hermy late like 60+ days in. In my exp sativas will hermy more often because of the long flowering time. I have never had a...

    SUPERthrive?

IMO all u really need is a good all around nutrient system like GH Flora series 3 part or Maxi-gro/bloom and maybe some cal/mg or epson salts. No need to use a ton of additives. While superthrive will def not hurt your plants it is just unnecessary..

    PURPLE STEM: good or bad

ya the plant looks pretty light green too prob a little underfed on the nitrogen as well. Its hard to recommend how much to feed cuz i have no idea whats in the dirt the plant is in. But generally id say to give the plant like 50% more than u have been and see how it reacts. If it gets yellow...

    Lights are burning the plants

    Lights are burning the plants

pinch the stock above the second bud site from the top firmly between 2 fingers until the tube inside breaks, make sure u are very gentle. Once it is broken bend the top over at a 90 degree angle. The bud will continue to grow but it will likely just stay bent over. Do this for every bud top...

    PURPLE STEM: good or bad

the percentage of the ferts means very little if we dont know how much of it is being fed. a 2-4-1 fert should be fine in veg but probably underfeeding.

Yellowing at tips of first leaves (pics)

why would u rather use tap water than distilled? distilled water is just water that has been evaporated so it has nothing in it but water....if i could use distilled water i would instead of wasting 3 gallons of water for each gallon i use from my RO filter.

Yellowing at tips of first leaves (pics)

Distilled water should be the same if not better than RO maybe in my years ive just never grow a strain that was a light eater as a baby which i feel your plant must be. Many plants behave differently just because it has worked for me doesnt mean shit obviously. That plant will do fine even tho...

Brown/yellow spots, same problem for years

My recommendation is to try a product like Sunshine #4. It is a medium much like coco but easier to grow in and much more forgiving of mistakes. It has a PH buffer in it that will keep the PH in a proper range even if you are feeding a little too high or low of PH. I also recommend Maxi-Gro...

    Spider mites first time

oh i missed the part where you said u broght them in from outside. That is much much less of a big deal!!! Most products you buy at a hydroponics store will work great against them (floramite, AVID ect) just buy one and nuke your plants with it once now and once in 1-2 weeks and u should be...
