was watchin weednerd on youtube the other day. he says 45% is the ideal humidity. mines just under that but im not gonna worry too much about it. he said low humidity and high temperatures can create the right conditions for mould.

but where is the heat coming from?, is the fan not cooling itself with the air passing through it?. if you have a cooling tube keeping the light cool surely it can work?!

I was readin about that waterford bust yesterday, how do you grow 1500 plants in an apartment?. also with that expanding foam job you wrap the fan in cling-film to stop wet foam getting into the fan.

i didnt come up with the idea. i think i read it on thctalk.com. i have my fan hung from bungee cord but i didnt do the expanding foam bit cos its an acoustic fan. it makes about the same noise as my xbox 360 used to make. (though that was a bit noisy for a computer!)

I think ill just save my euros for a digital ph/ec meter. ive some test strips ordered, which i believe are also kinda shit.

Are they digital?. i got a ph meter on amazon and its SHIT. i put it in the ground and the meter hardly moves at all.

can anyone recommend a half decent soil ph meter at a half decent price?
