Only sunlight. They started out indoors under some small lights then got moved outdoors once they had established a good amount of roots.

A bunch of em this time.....

Running some autos myself now in coco. First time for both of those for me. Doing Think Different, Fast and Vast, Amphetamine, and Northern Lights, all under led lighting. Kinda curious as to your yield...

    Heavyweight Fast & Vast auto

Hey thanks! We have already cut them down a few weeks back. The bud came out very nice, very stony and long lasting high. Ended up with right at 3 pounds off the 14 plants. I'm very impressed and have already ordered more from Herbies.

last night I dreamed in Vertical

Sounds interesting, but maybe a little too complicated imho. A vertically hung bare cfl would be cheaper and simpler. A 125-250 watt cfl is about $25-45 dollars on Amazon. If you go the led route, please post some pics. Happy growing!

    Spectrum king led

Lol. I think everyone misunderstood my use of that sentence (I would never try to replace my hps....). It's just that everyone always asks "so how many watts of hps does that replace? ". Unfair question. I don't want my leds to perform like hps, I prefer the tight internode spacing, short...

    Spectrum king led

Just throwing in my general 2 cents.....I would never try to replace my hps with leds. With that said....I run 2800 watts hps in my larger (not all that large) room. I run leds in my smaller (4.5x4.5) tents, and they work perfectly. I like the fact that you can set them up anywhere, no real...

Cream of the crop "Cash Crop"..

Are there drain holes in your buckets? If not...add some. They appear to be over watered or too much heat in the room. Otherwise looking good.

How many oz are you getting from your autos

Have you finished a flower cycle with the leds yet? I just got a couple leds and getting started with them, still vegging. And I'll be real happy if I get 2+ pounds off the greenhouse.

How many oz are you getting from your autos

It's always hard to guess the weight, but I would say 4 is going to be pretty close, give or take a little. There's a couple in the far left corner that are probably 6-8 ozs each easily. The colas are absolutely huge. I just ordered some more of the seeds, I'm very impressed. I do think...

How many oz are you getting from your autos

Forgot to mention... Feed them runoff water from the indoor hydro setup (water we would normally throw out) . So this roughly 4 pounds cost about $120. Not bad. Looking really frosty and denser than I imagined.

new diy rdwc build can i get some advice

So you are feeding water to the top i assume? But no airstones in the buckets? Just recirculating? Or am I confused?

I guess i dont get it.

Only if the plants were big enough. Normally you would want a high plant count to do a vertical system, although there are plenty of people that pull it off with smaller numbers. Google "vertical grow", then view images. There's lots of examples there.

new diy rdwc build can i get some advice

Dammit, you guys are making me want to build something. I think I'll be doing a vertical build soon, I'll keep you posted.

I guess i dont get it.

@Keighan I'm kinda frustrated with the forums on here regarding "vertical" gardens myself. I wouldn't consider most of the gardens shown as "vertical". However, there are many benefits to going vert, the two main reasons 1. More canopy area (more yield) 2. Less lighting requirements. So...
