Man 83F after 5-6 hours of lights on is not bad at all. Dont read too much into the threads that say it HAS to be below 80F or whatever, its not true. Plants take in less C02 the higher the temps get, but until you hit 90F or higher for hours on end you are not going to slow the growth down...
