Depends on where you live, a national minimum wage is stupid because $10 a hour is poverty in So Cal and $10 /hr is a decent job in Mississippi. Minimum wage needs to be adjusted to fit the cost of living in the city/area, it has no basis being decided on a national level.

u may need to get a fan speed adjuster and turn your fan down actually, i did the math and thats a super powerful fan.

since u have negative pressure in the tent from the fan, all the air is being sucked through the hole, none will go the reverse direction and escape.

I run a 400w hps passive air intake is just an open hole You can easily test this just hook your fan up to the top whole and turn it on and see if it sucks the walls of the tent in really hard. SOme negative pressure (sucking in) is good cuz it makes sure all your exhaust is going through...

im not good with the whole metric system shit, but i think your fan will be plenty strong alone, wont need an intake fan to cool a 250w

My tent has one fan, just an exhaust fan. It literally sucks all the air from the tent through the light and out. Passive air intakes at bottom of the tent, exhast at top. This both cools the light and provides fresh air to replace the hot air.

To cool a 600w HPS you will need strong exhaust fan, this will likely suck in the sides of a setup like you are describing. If you can form a panda film tent that can withstand the air pressure needed to cool the light, and provide 100% darkness, it should work fine.

You want the filter to have a higher m/h so that it doesnt bog down the fan, that setup should work fine. A 250w will put off some heat and if u are exchanging that heat into your room it will heat up the room depending on how large it is. I dont foresee a 250w that is being properly...

600w should be plenty for a 4ftx4ft. Ive never used anything but HPS so no recommendation there. You can probably get more weight with a 1000w but it will be overkill.
