you need a fliter running to extract heat and a vent so it can pull clean air in .. as stated without its pointless your heat at the moment is 91f. . thought mine was high when it hits 80f

iv always places another plate over the top of the plate with tissue and seeds it creates the dark and a pod . iv always had my seeds pop with a good taproot
just place them on a plate with tissue wet tissue and place another layer of tissue on top of seeds .place another plate on top and leave somwere warm ... don't bin them pal . plastic seal bag don't allow air to them .
place them in a jar of water once they sink place back in tissue . but when u place them in water give them a little tap see if they go down .. leave them in the water max of 10..12hrs
thought about cutting them down and hanging for 10 to 14 days then once dry and picked I was gonna jar them and burp the jars daily for about 2 to 3 weeks
I mixed my own soils I got some new horizon compost that as worm casting in it . I then added coco coir. vermiculite and perlite seems to be doing the job
