I wouldnt use one in my house, but if u have a growing area that is separated from where you live, and you can properly ventilate it before u re-enter, they are effective.

i have a 2ft x 2 ft tent so cant use it to the full potential, but i run 400w HPS and best yield has been about 1g/w maybe 1.1g/w. I think with 3ftx3ft i could yield 1.5g/w easily.

ya i live in so cal major drought last few years, i wouldnt feel right drinking RO unless i got a more efficient filter. My girlie digs it tho.

cut the fabric pot and remove it and place the plant properly in the black pot. u can prune autos but if its outdoor prob best to just let it do its thing.

I have 600 PPM water i think that also makes the filter have to use more waste water. I use like 6gal of water a week from RO, so not really worried about the waste, when i used to have a large grow id use the wastewater to water my orange trees.

Ya thats cool, mine is always about 10-15 but i havnt changed the filters in a long time. The RO filters with a pump are like twice as expensive, i use so little it would never be worth it for me, cost wise, to upgrade.

Didnt see an option with no waste, think the most efficient ones still waste a gallon to make a gallon. They need to use water to clean the filter unless there is a whole new technology but in that case i doubt it would be called reverse osmosis.

If you go looking to buy a RO filter u can still buy my exact filter that takes at least 5 gallons of water to make 1 gallon clean, so its not like i was making some crazy statement, tho glad to hear newer ones arent so wasteful.

do they still get the PPM as low if u use 1:1?

Mine is like 15 years old, but it def uses way more than 3:1, must be cuz its old.

ya just add the cal-mag to what u are feeding, should be fine. I dont think using both of the sugar products is harmful but may be redundant.

How big of a pot of soil are the plants in? How big are the plants? How ong did they veg? Depending on these factors it is probably time to start hitting them with more nutrients, not just Cal/mg. If the plants have eaten all the mag (rust spots) then it is likely they have eaten more than...

i use high quality bulbs made for my digital ballast (digilux) and i replace them every year. So thats like every 6 cycles. They do dim over time, but replacing them every 10 weeks or whatever is really really overkill imo.

mist them once or twice a day the dome should stay wet and humidity should stay high, no need to have a timer or anything just 1-2 times a day

i have strains that will clone 10 for 10 every time and strains that ill never get more than 6-7 to root, seems some OG strains dont clone as easily as most.
