Watts are good assuming they are the right spectrum. Transplant and check the soil... Then you should be good!

During the end of a pot plant's like, they may naturally turn yellow. They need/get less Nitrogen. The plant also starts to care less about the leaves, more on the bud.

They look okay. Pretty small for 23 days old, but they seem healthy.

They are seedlings... They look good now, like most seedlings would. Re-ask the question in a couple weeks, then you could get a better answer.

There isn't much you can do. The best option would be an extra long cure.

Wow after doing more research on the urine idea, I found it is naturally rich in N, P, and K! Thanks man. Also, Coffee grounds are loaded with Nitrogen, I mixed a cup in with every 5 gallons of soil. I also added finely ground egg shells for calcium.

Im gonna sound like a jackass, but Im assuming N is nitrogen, but what are P and K? I am using coffee grinds for the Nitrogen part. Also works as insect repellant.
