Yes it’s just a white envelope with IDPH as the sender. You can feel the card through the envelope but can’t see what it it. Although they may be able to read the cover letter through.

Update card received today 9/17 application received by mail 12/1 check cashed 12/6 called and they said I’m approved 12/14 card in hand!!!!! Informed delivery did now show the mail from IDPH but I decided to go get the spam out the mailbox and card was there too. Nice surprise. Now to switch...
