It is all i got ive got hps dual spectrum bulbs... can dim from 250w too 600-super boost, so in my situation what would you recomend would be the best route to go down with the light i am using and what would be optimal distance and so on.. please help!

That was what i planned on doing also recommened scrog too... so it is possible to get good results just with hps

So whats your routine? Do you start of with 600w from germination? How many plants you do per light? Light distance? Etc

So what can i do to reduce that, use plant training? The bulbs are dual spectrum if that help or makes any difference
