Pulled the buds out at lunch and weighed the main colas again. They are down to 12.7 and 7.5 :( Sucks they shrink so much but it's still 110% worth it IMO :) The hay smell is pretty damn strong right now, but you can slightly smell the dankness underneath if you sniff closely lol. Gonna wait...

Awesome. I'm probably just gonna grind up all the trimmings and sift it through my kief screen. There really isn't enough to make hash or butter with :( So you think 3-5 days on the small buds? So then probably 5-7 days on the big colas? Or were you thinkin 3-5 days on the big buds?
