You look as though you have a couple issues. As far as the crispy tops, you want to move those away from the light away. Put your hand between the light and the plant and if your hand gets hot, your plant gets hot. What kind of nutes are you using and how often do you water? Some of the pics...

I would transfer first. Try to put as little stress as possible on your plants when they're young.

I've always been told the more light the better. I have a 400w setup in a closet roughly the same size as your tent and it works great. No issues with heat and it's plenty of light for 4 vegging plants.
