I think since i am new to this and watching comparison videos LEDS do really good. Was thinking of getting 4 240w quantum boards qb288 LM301H lights. i heard a few people say they are just as good of quality as spiderfarmer/mars. I am just gonna go with some sort of LEDS for my first grow.
