This stuff is crazy. I can't even get a straight answer. But, when you log on and try to apply it tells me I have an active license. When I call I can't get through, have never received anything. This is stupid to say the least. I should be able to at least find out if they mailed the card.

Yep, been watching my "usps informed deliver" for weeks. One of these days I will get it.

I can't wait to get my card. I submitted 9/27, sent email 10/05, confirmed receipt, that's about it.
