    A Newbies First Grow

The cure process is moving along smoothly. Starting to get the real taste of the bud now when I toke up. 2 hits and I'm good. Able to still take care of the kids routine of dinner, bath, bedtime, etc. Exactly what I was hoping for with her from the moment I saved her seed. GTA 5 has been a lot...

I felt the dark basement did my closeup above a disservice. Here are two pics in sunlight.

    A Newbies First Grow

Final cure weight of 12.75 oz. in jars. Big sis paid some nice dividends for my first grow. This will last me a very long time and will save my family a shitload of money. Quailty is amazing. Sticky and dank! Had a couple tokes before putting the kids down to bed last night and it was the most...

    A Newbies First Grow

5oz jarred and curing in the basement from my big girl so far. Not even half done with her yet. Anticipating much, much less from the second girl that is somehow, miraculously still kicking it outside. I have spot harvested about from her the last week, but the bulk is still working it...

    A Newbies First Grow

October 27th and I still have one plant that has fresh pistils. I am so fortunate that the weather has remained mild, but lack of the summer sun is doing a number on her. Supposed to remain in the high 50s during the next 3-5 days with no frosts. But I am walking a thin line, and will most...

    Wet v Dry Trimming

Both suck. I wet trim for the most part, but with weather dictating more and more, I am trying to harvest quickly, so I just get the big leaves as I chop branches, and I will get more detailed as they dry. I do try to get as much as I can wet when I chop, and over the next week I will try to...

That's what I keep reminding myself of. This is my bud, so my trimming does not need to be award winning.

    A Newbies First Grow

Began to harvest one of my 2 girls today. She is ready. I will update with pics once I am done trimming this big girl. I hate trimming. Hate it. I went 5 hours straight today and I was shakey and stressed by the time I had to get my kid to soccer. Just got to power through and get it done...

    Fox Farm Trio frequency

As with anything you add to your environment, moderation is best. I have never used the heavy feeding ratio on the bottle with the Tiger Bloom. I have always kept it on the light side with that. The Big Bloom is nice, and I like how it keeps that medium healthy while the Tiger Bloom works. My...

    Fox Farm Trio frequency

Fox Farm Tiger Bloom is the bomb. But you have to be careful with it. What I do is I mix 2 tbs of TB for ever gallon. I add 2 tbs of Big Bloom to that and mix well. I don't use Grow Big, so I have no experience with that. I am outdoors, so I would apply one night, next night water, next night...

    Damaged/removed preflowers

If that's the case, I wouldn't sweat it. At least you know sex and you can look for those bud sites to start forming.

    A Newbies First Grow

It's starting to stay colder now for longer periods in the city known as "The Good Land" along Lake Michigan's shore. Didn't hit 50 today. Will hit 50 tomorrow afternoon, back into the high 40s the next day after that. But dry and sunny, which I like, with brisk north winds, which I don't like...

    Damaged/removed preflowers

As far as damaging a preflower, I would not be too concerned about it. That is a sign of maturity, and has nothing really to do with how the flowering/bud stacking starts. I have a plant that went through multiple traumatic events and she is exploding with buds now.

    Damaged/removed preflowers

First off, those are not pistils. Also, and I'm not 100% sure because of the photo quality, but that does not look like girl parts. But I would need a clearer pic to confirm. Here is a lady preflower, looks like a tear drop, left side of node: Here is a boy, looks like twin crab claws:

    ganga girls northern grow

Winter never waits for us in this state. I know you wanted a couple more weeks. I'm sure your yield and potency will still he bomb though. I loved following your grow this summer, neighbor.

First real frost here overnight. Probably got to 33°-31° for 6 hours or so. Plant have already perked back up, and should be a good stretch of sun and 50s for a few days now.

Does my plant look ready? Help PLZ

Just keep practicing with the scope. I'm a first timer too, and it took me a little time to get used to it.
