What are some pros and cons of Rapid Rooters vs Rockwool? I’ve heard some say start in rapid rooter and place the plug into a Rockwool cube, like a hybrid combination. Thoughts?

I use a Rayonled GLM720. Amazing light. Only single downside I can find is that they are heavy and recommend a 1/4” sungrip for hanging. the 1/8” hanger was pulling.

Just adding to an old thread here but have a look at Rayonled LED lighting. Specifically the GLM720. These things are insane. I have no affiliation by the way just good results from using these!

I’d say make sure you have negative pressure at all times and a good exhaust fan with carbon filter and you’re good to go. Otherwise your plants will become your new Scentsy
