Form my experience your yield is based on your space and light intensity. For intensity you want 30-50w per sqft. At 30w your not going to get much penertation so would be closer to 0.5g per w. At 50w you'll get a few inches penetration so get closer to 1g per w. Any higher and ur just wasting...
