This might be a common asked question but I’m still learning do the buds put on weight in the last couple of weeks or do the hairs just start turning

yea 24 hours I’m in about week five of flower am I ok to give them a spray

Not great pics but a couple of the damage buds they look dry could it be because of the cold then I put them straight under two 600 w lights
