The soil feels moist up to the knuckle in several areas around the pots

they were given two cups of water on transplant day the 28th ( 2 solo cups ) so probably about 24 oz give or take and then 3 days later I forgot to mention they were given an additional 1 to 2 cups depending how the soil felt. I just don't understand.

Didn't get any run off really just slight dampness of the bottom idk.

Temps were 84 like a week ago when i had 2 300w leds. Also 5 cfls sitting nearby. Those have been removed and the temp is around 76.not sure of the perlite percentage. Did add some dried rice hulls or whatever to the mix but not sure how much. I can send more pics when I get home

Haven't even given much water since transplant. Gave them about 24oz of water when transplanted. That was on the 28th. Haven't given them any since. Here's a picture from this morning.

Will definitely veg longer. And I think I only added about a quarter gallon of water and that's probably why they drooped so bad. Forgot to add a pic of the plant with leaves that are Twisted and missing chuncks.
