In coco you need to feed and water til run off every day, its a hydro setup and must be treated as such. Do t treat it like soil or you will fail. Dont be worried about watering daily coco holds plenty of air for the roots even when fully saturated with water. Be sure to ph to 5.8, feed plenty...

I would totally ditch the 400w and get more 1000w. Room ac unit, vent hot air out side with plenty of carbon filters. Yes co2 will increase your yeild and is almost a must in a larger grow.
