Looks like a Nitrogen deficiency imho. Lower leaves turning yellow like that is usually an N deficiency. What exact nutes are you feeding and how often?
I'd keep a close eye on it but not panic or change anything unless other leaves show the same problem.
What medium are you growing in and what nutes are you using?
It definitely looks like a serious case of the thrips OR you may have both thrips and mites. The site below some good pics and info - but there's a lot of info out there. You may also have some nute deficiency.
The sad thing is that once damaged, the leaves stay damaged. They don't perk back...
When I get mites in flower, I use the homemade pepper spray that is detailed in the section

Lot's of comments -- fans and opponents -- but it works for me. I use it every other day. On off days, I spray with...
I've been growing painkiller xl for a few rounds now. She's lovely, Sativa dominant with reported 7:7 CBD/THC levels.
With all the hype and the slew of new CBD strains coming out I'm curious what folks are getting good results from. I'm particularly interested in higher THC strains that also...
Agreed. I've had it happen to me a few times -- I use my own homemade vermicompost. Ended up with a bunch of cherry tomato plants! Keep us posted. I'm interested to know what it turns out to be. My first thought was strawberry plant, but the number of leaflets doesn't match up..
Good luck!
Just some friendly advice: you will get much better advice if you post in the Marijuana plant problems forum and give as much info as you can - there is a list of things stickied on the forum.
And with pics. If you can take pics with your grow lights off. it will be much more helpful.

a very curious case. I've had clones that have started to re-veg do that. (Well, they I were actually clones that started to flower while they were in the oxy-cloner under a light that had a broken timer.) Turned out all fox-tailed fluff.
Keep an eye on her. Mine never hermied, but if it is...
Thankful makes a good point. I've learned from experience. ONLY totally healthy plants go into flower. They don't recover as quickly on 12/12. Looks like you have a Mg def.
you can remove the opposite leaf if it's going to stress your aesthetic sensibilities, but I wouldn't. Reason to remove the damaged ones is to get rid of any eggs, larvae, nymphs....
well, some sort of critter passed through the area. Might be leaf miners if you're growing outdoors. remove damaged leaf and discard of it far away from your plants - just in case
