Mine looked like this but not as bad, was my humidity was off and my transpiration was out of whack. Caused uptake of nutes to overfeed. Humidity change brought them back pretty quickly.

Humidity is up around 70%, but it dropped my room temp. SO I got a fan speed regulator, and now I can control room temps properly...they seem to be happier with the change in humidity, and I'm keeping room around 76-80. Temp drops are down to 67-70

Takin that advice. And also my issue was too low humidity, the transpiration was all out of whack, so was having odd nute issues, getting my humidity correct will help also. They were not growing at correct rates.

Yep, going straight to pot was a mistake. I should have solo cupped them first.

I do have that, they are on a metal rack, I adjust my plants to the light, not the other way around.
