I make my own super coco mix as well it is very similar to subs re pipe but instead of his g roots I use blocks of Botanicare cocogro and I also add sea kelp and water it down with compost tea all together it made me about 90 gallons of medium and it all cost me less then $130. This is my first attempt so I will see how it goes but I am going into my third week of flower and I begged for 10 weeks. My plants look incredible. Good luck with your mix I think it will turn out great.
