Hey Icannabis, I see the thread is taking off. I learned that supper cropping and LSB are similar in technique. I hope this thread continues to be informative. I enjoy checking out the fat colas everyone is displaying:)

I do this to young plants that don't have a lot of fiber in the stem and it increases my success rate. The point is to damage the plant so it sends repair hormones up to the break to repair the damage and at the same time it's sending it up all the other branches as well...causing swelling of branches and more bud sites in the future. I said I only did one LSB on this plant but I have done up to 3 on others. You don't ever do this to a plant that's not healthy or has small root masses. Plus the plant heals faster with the stint leaving me time to do a 4th node break. I'm glad I didn't graft any of my plants someones head would has exploded. lol Good growing guy's and please post pic's and follow the tread topic I want this to be a good thing.

Heres the rest of my blue mystics autos...I just harvested!!! I put the pictures of the colas on here I know there not the biggest, but I think they did pretty well for autos. I'm hoping to pull another 6-7 oz wet off my short ryder. That would put me at close to 2 pounds or 32oz. wet. I hope you guy's enjoy the pictures I'm pretty happy to post them.

You know, we did Supercropping with some bagseed we've been growing and the top cola is pretty fat with 2 smaller nugs under that. I'm a firm believer in both LST and Supercropping. The next grow is coming soon and THIS time The Spouse is going to hit 'em with the nutes a bit different, *like I told him to*. I'm also going to try some LST methods I've seen on here. Shit gets RIDICULOUS.

This Bubba Kush pre'98 was supercropped a few times and still has huge buds. This was an easy plant to grow and stays very short. So short in fact that I think it would be interesting to breed it with a tall stretcher. It is very potent and kind of has a soapy smell.

Icannabis, I'm getting some good information off this thread. Now I understand supper crop and fim better. Thanks for getting this thread started.

Hey Choempi...thanks for stopping by. And LSB (lower stress break) is something I've been doing for awhile. It's like super cropping but with the main stem and super cropping is a lot of techniques even topping. I didn't like topping so I started breaking them and tying them. I don't break it over and leave it though... I tie it with a tooth pick or skewer. I only do it once and on the main stem. And it's not really stressful much less than topping. If your interested I'll post what I did for Chief Puff Puff. Well thanks guy's for the post. And if you have any questions just ask.
You did describe how you topped them though. You just didn't call it topping.

DON'T TOP,Topping just give's you two smaller buds rather than one big nug.At one time i thought topping was the bees knees but since doing a few test i have come to the opinion that one cola weight wise weighs more than the two smaller ones...........tyke
Ya, but what about mainlining? You think 1 cola will be bigger than 16 smaller ones?
