I would like to see better customer service. I purchased your dehumidifier and the humidity sensor didn't work out of the box. I contacted customer support with the problem. They asked me for a video of the problem and a receipt. I provided the video and info they requested and customer service never got back to me. I got ghosted lol.. Returned to amazon before the 30 days ran out. I've used your lights for years with no problems, however as mentioned the customer service when needed was a big miss.

As you can see i asked in the notes when placing the order about stealth packaging ,that was just ignored. I would have prefered to cancel the order if this request was not able to be fullfilled
