Use a fan that can recycle the air every 5 mins. Your tent is approx 54 cu feet so a fan than clears 300CFM should work. Cool tubes are also effective. You can add a piece of ducting at 90° to the fan so you can't see the light.

I understand ur heat problem. I had heat issues with just 4 cfls in a 1'x1'x18" space. If you get a duct booster it will take care of the job. You dont need one of those super high powered vortex fans for your dresser, but a duct booster will do...
