my stupid friend.......the one in California........forgot that the barrel he collected rain water in, had contained 30% sodium hydroxide at one time. he had rinsed it numerous times, and was COCKY, and did not concern himself with the ph of "rainwater." serves "him" right. phos locked out by alkalinity. these little girls of his were runaways from a bad cloning to begin with. a big flush, and apple cider vinegar in the H2O, and please.........flow, phos, flow!
