The overall results are good, i ate a 2"x2" piece and it worked out well. I eat alot of edibles/candies from the dispensaries around here and i think the "hash" part makes it taste alot better. Now what to do with the rest of the butter........

Probably, I mean if it was one or even a few "balls" you could try to pluck them but it looks like alot of sacs. It would probably stress it, or it might just try to grow them back after you pluck them. How old is it?

Its never worth flowering with any visible "balls" You could remove them but they look pretty dominant to me, they will have pollen in them. Honestly i'd start over. Probably not worth the wait to be disappointed. Either way good luck.
